Directions

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, chopped walnuts, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, egg and milk.
Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Do not overmix.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out dry.
