Banana Split Pizza Recipe Video
Ingredients
1 roll (16.5 oz)(approx 470 grms) Pillsbury® refrigerated traditional chocolate fudge brownies
1 package (8 oz)(approx 230 grams) cream cheese, softened
1 can (8 oz)(approx 230 grams) crushed pineapple, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 cup chocolate topping
Directions
1 . Heat oven to 350°F. Line 12x3/4-inch pizza pan with foil; grease and flour foil. Spread brownie batter on foil in pan.
2 . Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
3 . Meanwhile, in small bowl, beat cream cheese and pineapple on low speed until blended. Spread over brownie; top with fruit. Drizzle chocolate topping over fruit. (If necessary for drizzling, microwave as directed on container.) Refrigerate until serving time.
TIP:
Try different combinations of fruit atop the brownie pizza--drained mandarin oranges, blueberries or raspberries.
