Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
4 bananas
2 c. plain yogurt
2 c. orange juice
8 tsp. honey
Directions
Stage 1-Put all ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
Stage 2-Blend until smooth.
Stage 3-Pour into glasses (pour over ice or refrigerate for 40 minutes for a cold smoothie).
