Directions
1) Peel the bananas and cut in halves lengthwise.
2) In a skillet, add a little oil and add in the bananas.
3) Lightly fry till golden. Take care that they don’t break.
4) Roll in grated cheese and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
SERVING
5) Serve as a vegetable with croutons.
