Banana Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1 (2 layer) yellow cake mix
1 banana cream or vanilla instant pudding
1/4 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
1 cup water
1 or 2 small ripe bananas
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
Slice bananas into large mixer bowl.
Mash well then add remaining ingredients.
Blend at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into 10" greased tube or bundt pan and bake for 60 to 70 minutes at 350°.
Test for doneness.
Cool in pan for 25 minutes - remove and finish cooling on rack.
Sprinkle with icing sugar if desired.
If baked in a 13x9 pan it will take about 50 to 55 minutes.
