Banana Peanut Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 , Well beaten | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 6 bananas, peeled and cut in half | ||
| Crushed or ground peanuts | ||
| Lettuce | ||
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, and mustard; add butter, egg, and vinegar.
Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Slice bananas; roll in salad dressing, then in ground peanuts.
