Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease butter over a baking pan.
In a large bowl combine banana, sugar, eggs, applesauce, butter/margarine, and vanilla.
Blend them well.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix them well.
Add walnuts, mix well.
Put the mixture in the greased baking pan.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for an hour.
Slice the bread, enjoy.
