Banana Drop Cookies Recipe

| Shortening | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |

| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Soda | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon |

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
MAKING
2. In a large bowl, combine the shortening and 1 cup sugar and mix well. Then beat in eggs, bananas and vanilla and mix well.
3. In another bowl, sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together and then add it to the banana mixture.
Last pour in the sugar and cinnamon and mix well
Drop cookie dough from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 12 minutes or until brown
SERVING
4. Serve hot or store till required.
