Ingredients

 Raw bananas2 (plantains)
 Potatoes1 Medium
 Green peas1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Garam masala1 Teaspoon
 Dhaniya1 Teaspoon
 Ginger garlic paste3⁄4
 Cornflour1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Bread crumbs powder1 Cup (16 tbs)
Oil1 Cup (16 tbs) (for frying)
 Salt To Taste
 Chilly powder To Taste

Directions

Pressure cook the Raw Bananas and Potato for up to three whistles.

Mash the Bananas while it is still hot.
Add Green peas. Add Dhaniya powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, salt & chilli powder. Lastly add cornflour and mix well.

Make patties/cutlets or shapes of your choice with the mixture.

Apply very little water on both sides of the cutlet and roll it in the bread crumbs powder (As the cutlet is slightly wet, bread crumbs will stick to it).

Continue the same procedure with rest of the patties/cutlets.

Pan fry the cutlets using little oil, until cutlets turn golden brown.

Tip:- Bread crumbs powder can be made by using the 1st and last slices taken from a bread loaf, dried & then reduced to powder form in the blender. This powder can also be stored in an air tight container & used whenever needed. Takecare not to use wet hands.
