Banana Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients
Shortening - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
Beaten eggs - 2
Flour - 2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Soda - 3/4 tsp
Sour milk - 1/4 cup
Mashed bananas
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Butter - 1/3 cup
Powdered sugar - 2 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
MAKING
2. In a large bowl, cream the shortening and the sugar and add the eggs to the mixture while beating well.
3. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and soda together; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour milk, 1 cup bananas and vanilla.
4. Fill greased cupcake pans half full and bake for 20 minutes till done. Frost cupcakes with a mixture of creamed butter and sugar; 3 tablespoons bananas and lemon juice, mixing until smooth.
SERVING
5. Frost the cupcake and serve immediately.
