Banana-Coconut Rolls Recipe
Banana cocnut rolls are simple desserts made with fresh bananas rolled in shredde coconut and passed along with chilled citrus fluff for dipping or serving over. Fresh and healthy if served without the citrus fluff, it is a treat for fruit lovers.

Peel all yellow or fully ripe bananas.
Cut in half crosswise.
Dip in honey, then roll in shredded coconut, coating well.
Pass Citrus Fluff: In saucepan, beat 1 egg; add 1/2 CUP sugar, 1 tablespoon grated orange peel, 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Cook and stir over low heat till thick (about 5 minutes) .
Cool thoroughly.
Fold in 1 cup heavy cream, whipped.
Chill.
