 All purpose flour2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Granulated Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking powder2 Teaspoon
 Baking soda1 Teaspoon
 Pinch salt1 Pinch
 Chocolate Chips1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ripe bananas2 Cup (16 tbs), mashed
 1/2 cup butter, melted 125 mL
 Milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 eggs 2

Directions

In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add chocolate chips.
Blend together bananas, butter, milk and eggs; with fork, stir into flour mixture just until blended.
Don't over mix.
Fill greased muffin cups three-quarters full.
Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
