Banana Cherry Nut Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe bananas | 4 , mashed | |
| Maraschino cherries | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Heavy cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | ||
Directions
Combine the bananas, cherries, evaporated milk, cream, eggs, sugar, pecans and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
Pour into a 1 to 11/2 gallon ice cream freezer container; add milk to the fill line.
Freeze using manufacturer's directions.
