Ingredients
2 packages (4-serving size) JELL-O® Brand Lime or Lemon Flavor Gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 1/4 cups cold water
1 small banana, sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions
Dissolve 1 package of the gelatin in 1 cup of the boiling water.
Add 3/4 cup of the cold water and chill until thickened.
Stir in banana and spoon into 6-cup ring mold.
Chill until set but not firm, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, dissolve remaining gelatin in remaining boiling water.
Add remaining cold water and chill until slightly thickened.
Blend in sour cream.
Stir in celery and nuts.
Spoon over fruited gelatin in mold.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Unmold.
Garnish with lettuce and walnut halves, if desired
