Banana Tofu Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Skim milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Banana | 1 | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 env. aspartame sweetener | ||
| Firm tofu package | 1/2 | |
| Ground nutmeg | ||
Directions
Combine skim milk and banana in a blender.
Process until smooth.
Add vanilla and aspartame sweetener.
Process to mix.
Add tofu.
Process until smooth.
Pour into two white wine glasses. (A champagne flute can also be used.) Sprinkle surface with nutmeg.
