| Cream | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tblsps. finely sliced mixed nuts | ||
| Sugar to taste | ||
| 2 tblsps. butter | ||
| Cardamoms | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| A few drops essence of rose | ||
Directions
Melt sugar and mix in the rest of the ingredients with the exception of nuts.
Cook till it lves the sides of the pan.
Put on a greased slab and decorate with nuts.
Cut into pieces when cold.
