Banana Tea Bread Recipe

| Baking soda | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Walnuts | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped |

Directions
2. Mix bananas and milk in a bowl.
3. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda onto wax paper. Stir into sugar mixture, alternately with banana-milk mixture. Add nuts. Turn into greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
4. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 1 hour, or until center springs back when lightly pressed with fingertip. Cool in pan on wire rack 5 minutes. Turn out of pan. Cool completely.
