Banana Sweet Potato Pudding Recipe
Ingredients

| 1 cup mashed cooked sweet potatoes | ||

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Turn into a well-buttered 1-quart baking dish or casserole and bake for about 45 minutes, or until set and browned on top.
