Banana Strawberry Freeze Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 10-ounce package frozen strawberries, partially thawed and broken up | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 fully-ripe banana, quartered | ||
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Put strawberries into blender container.
Add lemon juice.
Cover and blend till smooth.
Add sugar and banana; blend till smooth.
Pour into mixing bowl.
Whip cream till soft peaks form; fold into strawberry mixture.
Pour into 4-cup refrigerator tray.
Freeze till firm.
Add lemon juice.
