Banana Split Breakfast Recipe

| Wheat germ | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bran | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Strawberry topping - 2 tbsp | ||
| Walnuts | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, place bananas split into half lengthwise; in a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese with wheat germ and bran arrange a scoop of it in the middle of each banana half
2. Drizzle Strawberry topping over the cheese
SERVING
3. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve
