Banana Split Recipe
I was recommended this recipe of Banana Split by a doctor, who also advised that I follow a Low Fat diet. This recipe is ideal for people on a Low Fat regimen. It is a nice dish to be prepared within 5 minutes. A great Dessert recipe is one like this. Use the freshest of banana available to get the most amazing Banana Split. I am certain both of us will concur that this Banana Split is simply scrumptious.
Ingredients
1 scoop frozen strawberry creme
1 scoop frozen peach creme
1/2 cup yogurt cheese
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 small banana
4 tablespoons Health Valley Fat-Free Tropical Fruit Granola or similar cereal
4 tablespoons Nonfat Whipped Topping
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Freeze the prepared frozen fruit cremes for 15-30 minutes until set.
2) Half the bananas lengthwise.
MAKING
3) Take a serving bowl and place the bananas in it.
4) Add one scoop each frozen strawberry and peach crème on top of it.
5) Add in cereal and whipped topping.
SERVING
6) Serve immediately.
