Banana Spice Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cloves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lite salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oat bran | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg Beaters | 2 | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ripe bananas | 3 Medium, mashed |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Spray a 9 x 5 - inch loaf pan with a non-fat cooking spray.
Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and lite salt into a medium size bowl.
Stir in oat bran; set aside.
In another medium size bowl, beat together Egg Beaters, brown sugar, and liquid Butter Buds; add bananas.
Add dry ingredients to banana mixture.
Beat until just combined.
Pour into prepared loaf pan.
Bake in oven for 50 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Cool on wire rack.
