Banana Soup with Cinnamon Croutons Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe Banana- 2 medium no-€™s, peeled and cubed | ||
| Plain low-far yogurt- 1 1/2 cups | ||
| Unsweetened orange juice- 1 cup | ||
| Skim milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Light rum | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon Croutons- 1/4 cup | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In an electric mixer, combine all the ingredients, except croutons. Blend well till smooth.
2. Transfer on to a serving bowl and cling wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
SERVING
3. Serve chilled, garnished with Cinnamon croutons.
