Ingredients

 Ripe Banana- 2 medium no-€™s, peeled and cubed
 Plain low-far yogurt- 1 1/2 cups
 Unsweetened orange juice- 1 cup
 Skim milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Light rum1 Tablespoon
 Cinnamon powder1/8 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon Croutons- 1/4 cup

Directions

MAKING
1. In an electric mixer, combine all the ingredients, except croutons. Blend well till smooth.
2. Transfer on to a serving bowl and cling wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

SERVING
3. Serve chilled, garnished with Cinnamon croutons.
