Banana Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients

| 1/2 cup / 125 ml / 4 fl oz cold milk | ||
| 1/2 cup / 100 g / 3 1/2 oz natural or fruit-flavored yogurt of your choice | ||
| Pinch ground nutmeg | ||
Directions
1. Peel banana.
2. Place,banana, milk and yogurt in food processor or blender. Process for 20-30 seconds or until thick and smooth.
3. Pour into glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
