Blueberry Topped Banana Pudding Recipe Video
Sugar free gluten free raw milk banana pudding: 5 banana's dash of raw milk/cream nutmeg cinnamon 12 eggs 1 grated green apple blueberries.
Ingredients
5 banana's
Dash of raw milk/cream
nutmeg
cinnamon
12 eggs
1 grated green apple
blueberries
2 tsp raw honey
Directions
Seperate the eggs into white and the yolk.
Take the grated apple and peeled banana in a large pot, add grated nutmeg and cinnamon.
Mash the banana and mix.
Add 2 tsp of raw honey to the mashed mixture. Heat it slightly.
Froth up the egg white in a blender and transfer it to a large baking bowl and some in a small bowl.
Blend the banana mixture in the blender.
Spoon some of the banana mixture and add to the egg white.
Then add some blueberries on the banana mixture over the egg white.
In a large baking tray, fill it with water halfway and keep the pudding bowls in them.
Shift the tray into the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
