Banana Praline Sundaes Recipe
Ingredients
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup packed dark-brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 medium-sized bananas, sliced
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
1. Let ice cream stand at room temperature to soften slightly.
2. Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet over low heat, heat brown sugar and butter or margarine until mixture melts, stirring frequently. Add raisins and bananas; cook 5 minutes, gently turning fruit, until fruit is heated through.
