Banana Porridge Recipe

| Porridge oats | 110 Gram | |
| Skimmed milk | 275 Milliliter | |
| 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or runny honey | ||
| 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, toasted in a dry frying pan | ||
Directions
Divide the banana slices between 4 small bowls.
Place the oats and milk in a pan, mix well and bring to the boil.
Stir as the porridge thickens.
After about 5 minutes, when the porridge has thickened, pour into serving bowls.
Drizzle with maple syrup or honey and serve sprinkled with the sunflower seeds.
