Ingredients

 Bananas2 , sliced
 Porridge oats110 Gram
 Skimmed milk275 Milliliter
 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or runny honey
 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, toasted in a dry frying pan

Directions

Divide the banana slices between 4 small bowls.
Place the oats and milk in a pan, mix well and bring to the boil.
Stir as the porridge thickens.
After about 5 minutes, when the porridge has thickened, pour into serving bowls.
Drizzle with maple syrup or honey and serve sprinkled with the sunflower seeds.
