Banana Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe bananas | 2 , mashed | |
| Buttermilk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Rising flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soda | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tbsp. melted butter or salad oil | ||
Directions
Mix the bananas, buttermilk, eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat well.
Add flour and soda and beat thoroughly.
Stir in the butter.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased, hot griddle and cook until brown on both sides, turning once.
Serve with butter and powdered sugar, if desired.
