Banana Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal Flour | ||
| Soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Rolled oats | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ripe bananas | 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| 1/2 cup chopped nuts or raisins | ||
Directions
Heat oven to 400°
Measure flour by dipping method or by sifting.
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Beat until well blended.
Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough about 1 1/2" apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 12 to 15 min.
