Banana Oat & Honey Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain flour | 250 Gram | |
| Rolled oats | 75 Gram | |
| Baking powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Bananas | 2 Medium, mashed | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Unsalted butter | 75 Gram, melted | |
| 30g light muscovado sugar | ||
| Buttermilk | 175 Milliliter | |
| Runny honey | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.
Lightly grease and flour a tray of 12 muffin tins.
Put the flour, oats, baking powder, and nutmeg in a large bowl and mix together well.
Mix together all the remaining ingredients.
Use a spoon to fold them through the flour mixture, until just combined.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tins.
Bake for about 20 minutes, until the muffins have risen and are golden.
