Banana Nut Cake Recipe
Ingredients

| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |

| Unsweetened cocoa powder | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Banana | 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| Nuts | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped |
Directions
Grease a 13" x 9" baking pan; set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixer bowl, beat butter or margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs 1 at a time.
Add vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa.
Beat alternately with sour cream into creamed mixture.
Stir in bananas and nuts.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan.
