1 banana
 
1 cup sugar
 
1/2 cup vegan butter or margarine
 
3 tsp egg replacer
 
6 tbsp water
 
2 cups flour
 
1 tsp soda
 
3/4 cup nuts

Directions

1) Greese and flour a baking pan and set aside.
2) In a bowl, mash a banana, add sugar and butter or margarine.
3) Then add egg replacer mixed in water, flour, soda and nuts. Mix well and pour into the prepared pan.
4) Make deep crease in the middle and bake at 325 Degree F for 1 hour or until a pick comes out clean.
