Banana Nut Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| Biscuit mix | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Banana | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| 1/4 tsp grated lemon rind (optional) | ||
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Mix the first three ingredients together.
Combine remaining ingredients and stir into the dry mixture.
Blend well and scrape into a greased 8Vi X 4-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 375F for 45 to 50 minutes or until centre is baked.
Cool and remove from the pan.
When cold, wrap and let stand 24 hours before slicing.
