Easy Banana Nut Bread Recipe
Banana Nut Bread is an amazingly delicious and easy to prepare side dish recipe. Try it for once; you wont wish to try any other side dish for your coming parties!
Ingredients
| Granulated Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter margarine | 5 Tablespoon, softened | |
| 1 egg plus 2 egg whites | ||
| Ripe bananas | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| All purpose flour | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Walnuts | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Beat sugars and margarine in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy.
Add egg, egg whites and bananas.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt in separate bowl; stir into banana mixture just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fold in walnuts.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
