Banana Muffins Using Shortening Recipe
Ingredients

| Bananas | 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| 2 eggs, lightly beaten | ||

Directions
Cream the shortening with sugar in a bowl and add bananas.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Sift dry ingredients together and stir into batter.
Pour inta greased muffin pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
