Banana Muffins Recipe
I originally made this Banana Muffins for my spouse but I can't stop eating it now! This Banana Muffins is a perfect Breakfast. The main ingredient in this recipe is Fruits. I shall look forward to your comments on this recipe.
Ingredients
1 3/4 lbs. ripe bananas
3/4 lb. butter or margarine
3 cups sugar
6 eggs, well beaten
1/8 tsp. banana extract
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
4 cups cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 tbs. baking soda
Directions
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, bananas and extracts in mixing bowl.
Stir well.
Add flour, salt and baking soda, which has been sifted 3 times.
Do not overmix.
Pour into well oiled muffin pans and bake in oven at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
