Banana Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

 
4 bananas, mashed, about 1 to 1 1/4 cups
 
3 tablespoons lime juice
 
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons honey, to taste
 
1 teaspoon vanilla
 
1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped
 
2 tablespoons natural cookie crumbs (optional)

Directions

Mash bananas and sprinkle with lime juice.
Add honey and vanilla.
Mix well.
Whip cream.
Gently blend in the banana mixture.
Pour into sherbet glasses or pot de creme cups.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
When ready to serve, top with cookie crumbs

Hi Carmen, that sounds very innovative. As for your query lme juice has been sprinkled on bananas which will prevent them from turning brown.
