Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender, add all the ingredients.
2) Process the mixture at high speed for 1 minute or until smooth and foamy.

SERVING
3) Pour the shake in tall glasses and serve immediately, by garnishing with chocolate shavings, if desired.

TIPS
To make it tastier, substitute sugar or molasses with 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup.
