Ingredients

 1 packet lemon or orange flavoured jelly
 Ripe bananas2
 Lettuce
 Yoghourt or mayonnaise
 Slices banana or other fruit
 Lemon juice

Directions

Mix jelly according to packet instructions.
Chill until slightly set and place half in a 1 pint mould.
Peel bananas, slice and arrange on top of jelly.
Cover with remaining jelly.
Chill until firm.
Unmould on to a lettuce-lined dish; top with yoghourt or mayonnaise and garnish with slices of banana dipped in lemon (or other fruit juice).
