Creamy Banana And Honey Recipe
This Banana Honeys recipe is by a long shot my most preferred recipe. An incredible Banana Honeys gets its taste from Fruits. Best enjoyed as an Appetizer this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. This Banana Honeys is surely going to make you popular amongst your friends once you treat them to it.
Ingredients
8 ripe bananas
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbs. butter or margarine
1 cup honey
1 1/4 cups coconut cream
1 cup grated fresh coconut
Directions
Peel and cut bananas in 1 1/2 inch pieces and place in a shallow oiled baking dish.
Add lemon juice and dot with butter.
Pour honey over all.
Bake in oven at 400°F.for 20 minutes.
