Banana Gumdrop Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 430 Milliliter, unsifted | |
| Baking soda | 3 Milliliter | |
| Baking powder | 8 Milliliter | |
| Granulated Sugar | 180 Milliliter | |
| 145 g gumdrops, cut in pieces | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Oil | 60 Milliliter | |
| Bananas | 250 Milliliter, mashed | |
| Milk | 125 Milliliter | |
| Orange rind | 10 Milliliter, grated | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350 degree.
MAKING
2) In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients with gumdrop pieces.
3) Mix in the remaining ingredients and stir in the dry ingredients.
4) Take a 9'' x 5''-inch pan, grease, and pour the mixture over it.
5) Bake for 50 minutes.
SERVING
6) Serve with whipped cream.
