2. Cut the washed, unpeeled apple lengthwise into 4 thin wedges. Peel the orange, remove the white membrane and slice cross wise; cut 2 slices into halves. Peel and slice the banana.
3. Arrange 3 rows of fruit on a salad plate, using banana slices for the outside rows. For 1 end of the center row, use the apple wedges, placed so they overlap with the red skin toward the outside.
4. Garnish the center with crisp salad greens and the berries.
