Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl combine rice flour, corn flour, sesame seeds, Chinese five spices, sea salt and caster sugar.
2. Add water and whisk everything until smooth batter is formed, chill in the refrigerator.
3. In a large deep pan pour vegetable oil, and coat the chopped banana pieces in the batter and deep fry them until golden brown.
4. Drain it in a paper towel.

SERVING
5. Serve the banana fritters with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle some icing sugar on top.
