Banana Fritters Recipe
If you are not looking to spending much for a snack you can very well opt for banana fritters. These banana fritters dipped in creamy batter are tasty and at the same time filling. Delicious!
Ingredients
2 oz (50g) potato flour (farina)
1/2 teaspoonful dried apple pectin
1 tablespoonful soya flour
5 tablespoonsful cold water
2 medium bananas
Sunflower oil or similar for frying
Raw cane sugar for sprinkling
Directions
Put a serving plate to warm.
Mix the potato flour, pectin, soya flour and cold water in a bowl.
Beat to a creamy batter.
Peel and core the apples and cut into wedges €” each one should make 8 wedges.
Dip these in the batter so that they are evenly coated all over.
Fry in shallow, hot oil, turning once, until brown.
This will take about a minute each side.
