Microwave Banana Flan Recipe
Banana Flan very easy to cook and hardly takes anytime to get prepared. The rum gives the Banana Flan a strong taste.
Ingredients
| 2 sliced large bananas | ||
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 3 Large | |
| Superfine sugar | 3 Ounce | |
| 2 tbsp cognac or rum | ||
| 2 oz dried shredded (desiccated) | ||
| Coconut | ||
Directions
Put the banana slices in a 6 inch (15 cm) souffle mold (mould).
Pour over the lemon juice.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Add the sugar and cognac or rum, still whisking.
Stir in the coconut and whisk again.
Pour over the bananas.
Microwave for 6 minutes on MEDIUM-HIGH, until the flan shrinks away from the edges of the mold (mould).
Leave to cool, then refrigerate.
