Banana Flake Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1 loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
1 tsp low-calorie margarine, melted
1 tsp banana flavoring
1/3 cup banana flakes, dried
Directions
Roll the dough as thinly as possible on an unfloured surface.
Combine the melted margarine and banana flavoring in a small bowl or cup; brush on bread surface and sprinkle with banana flakes.
Roll up, jelly-roll style.
Knead dough for 5 minutes.
Place in a greased bread pan; cover and allow to rise until more than double in size.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until done and golden brown.
Cool completely on a rack.
Use an electric or other sharp knife to cut bread into thin slices.
