 Dry white wine1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 pound natural Swiss cheese, shredded
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Ground pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon
 Bananas
 Cornflake crumbs

Directions

Heat wine in fondue pot over moderate heat until hot but not boiling.
Dredge cheese with flour and add by handfuls to wine, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon or fork.
Keep stirring until cheese is melted.
Add seasonings.
Cut bananas into chunks and have corn flakes in several shallow bowls.
Spear banana chunks with fondue fork, dip in hot cheese mixture and then in cornflakes.
