Banana Date Smoothie Recipe Video
Dates are high vitamin A and B6, but also in sugar, so just like candy, you don’t want to overdose on them (even though dates’ sugar is obviously natural).
Ingredients
2 Frozen Banana
1/2 Cup Rice, Almond, Soy or Cow’s Milk
4 Dates, pitted
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
Directions
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree on high until smooth and creamy.
2. Serve.
