Banana Crunch Recipe
Ingredients
| Light brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
| Walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Bananas | 4 | |
| Honey | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wheat Biscuits - 4, shredded, finely rolled | ||
| Cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, walnuts, cinnamon and set aside
MAKING
2. Cut bananas in half crosswise, lengthwise and brush with honey.
3. Roll into shredded wheat biscuits and coat heavily.
4. Arrange the coated bananas into a greased baking dish.
5. Sprinkle the walnut mixture over the bananas.
FINALISING
6. In a preheated oven, bake at 200 degrees centigrade for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
SERVING
7. Serve warm with cream in bowls.
