Banana Crepes With Raspberry Sauce Recipe

Prepare 8 BASIC CREPES and set aside
 
4 bananas
 
2 tablespoons butter
 
1 cup RASPBERRY SAUCE
 
1/4 cup brandy

Directions

Peel and split 4 bananas lengthwise.
In a skillet, heat butter, and put the banana halves in for about 3 minutes, or long enough to coat with butter.
Turn and coat other side.
With slotted spoon, remove bananas from pan.
Spread out the crepes on a board or large plate.
Roll a banana half in each.
Place in skillet, chafing dish, or casserole.
Spoon 2 tablespoons sauce over each crepe.
Heat brandy, pour over crepes, and ignite.
